Since its inception in January of 2006, Café Norma has introduced to the local area the finest in specialty foods, prepared foods, baked goods, catering, coffees, teas, and, above all, hospitality in service. The concept behind Café Norma is to serve the freshest, highest quality conventional and organic foods in bright new surroundings. On a daily basis, we serve a wide selection of coffees, both natural and flavored, as well as baked goods from Balthazar, Amy's, etc. We also make fresh those favorites voiced by our customers, including made-to-order salads, homemade soups, and fresh daily entrees such chicken parmigian, salmon, beef tenderloin, etc. At the same time, we offer freshly made wraps, sandwiches, and paninis with a wide variety of fillings.
